The City's garage with trucks and piles of sand/rock were on this site until mid 70's.

The Culligan Service building was also on this site.

The City's garage housed street, engineering and planning departments and was site for storage of street salt, cinders and street vehicles. These activities were relocated to North 94 site and the property was sold to Redevelopment Authority who removed the structure. The lot was combined with an ownership to the south and sold to the Reid family for a new development about 1979.
